Reason 2: The oil suction pipe joint is loose, which causes the hydraulic pump to draw in a large amount of air.

Reason 3: The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too large, resulting in cavitation noise.

Insufficient displacement of hydraulic pump and slow excavator speed:
Reason 1: The engine speed does not meet the requirements, which will cause the displacement of the hydraulic pump to be insufficient.

Reason 2: The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low, the hydraulic oil temperature is too high, and the oil level is too low will cause insufficient displacement of the hydraulic pump.
Treatment: Replace the hydraulic oil with high quality or suitable viscosity, and replace the insufficient hydraulic oil.
Reason 3: The hydraulic pump regulator adjustment bolt is loose.
Handling: Readjust the hydraulic pump displacement and lock the adjustment bolts.
Reason 4: In addition to the hydraulic pump, excessive pressure relief of distribution valves, cylinders, motors, etc. will also lead to insufficient displacement and slow speed.
Handling: Check and repair troubleshooting.
Reason 5: The hydraulic pump swash plate is stuck and the regulator is worn.

The excavator pressure cannot be increased, and the excavator is weak:
Reason 1: The set pressure of the main relief valve is too low.
