All of Maragon hydraulic products come with a warranty and all manufactured products do not leave our partners' facility until they have been through a comprehensive quality control assessment.

• Deburring process and inspection
• Advanced heat treatment, hardness and quality check
• Finished product inspection

Also, to guarantee a close 100% perfection, Maragon also take strict quality control by our own quality check department. Maragon Hydraulics has a dedicated team who follow rigid QC processes and procedures to ensure that both components and parts quality is aligned with the customers' project scope and expectation.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Maragon Hydraulics always strives to deliver our customers with only the highest quality parts and components. All units and parts are 100% tested before shipping, however, when something fails to meet your expectations or fail in a short running time, we will take every effort to correct it.

We extend all our customers' with a period of eighteen (12) months from date of sales, or 12 months from date of installation, whichever is sooner. Should the components or parts fail, Maragon will replace said component or parts free of charge.

The defective component or parts should be collected and returned to Maragon China for inspection to determine the reason of the defect.

The warranty shall not cover defects caused by improper use or installation, system contamination or failure of the customer to perform all regular and normal maintenance specified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

OEM startup guidelines and installation procedures must be followed and documented.

This warranty does not cover failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or tampering. Components disassembled prior to Maragon warranty review shall void this limited warranty.

Maragon will not be responsible for equipment down time or loss of use, overtime, production delays or any other consequential damages.

Returns should be properly packaged to protect against damage during shipping. All subassemblies should be bagged or boxed separately. All ports must be capped to prevent contamination from entering unit.

Use of hydraulic oils or compounds that do not meet OEM specifications shall void this limited warranty.
